West Big Branch
Obi Buys purchased a tenant-affected Middleburg property as-is and helped resolve an unusually difficult private-loan payoff.
This 1968 manufactured home in the West Big Branch area of Middleburg had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 672 square feet, and a 1.17-acre lot.
The sale involved both tenant-related concerns and an older private loan. Obi Buys purchased the property as-is and helped work through the payoff issue so the transaction could close.
After owning the property for approximately 40 years, the owner no longer wanted to manage problems involving prior tenants.
Obi Buys purchased the property as-is and helped obtain a payoff for a small private loan after the mortgage holder had died and the holder's family was difficult to reach.
